All original assets, design elements, and source code of the ChineseChess Activity are the intellectual property of its respective creators. However, traditional Chinese Chess game rules and generic board formats are public domain. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the proprietary elements of the Service without written permission.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the Service. We do not guarantee that the game will run uninterrupted or error-free.
In no event shall the developers of ChineseChess be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including any loss of data, progress, or access.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
